Hi again. What do you mean - sponsor them? Sponsor a the visa or pay salary? I hope that "job" and "salary" go hand in hand:)
Which countries are you interested? There are many entry-level jobs in Asia. I worked in China when I was 25, and I loved everything about it. In Germany it it relatively easy to get a visa since architects are demanded specialists, but you might need to start learning the language.
Generally, a rule of thumb: start preparing your portfolio, CV & cover letter and send them out to where you really want to work, and then expand your list. Send regardless of whether you have doubts about the practical stuff (visa, etc), but check out the countries where there is NO visa opportunities for architects, like Ireland. Send tons of letters, and of no luck, polish your documents and send again in several months.
I know they aren't many, but it's worth the try.
