I am a non Eu citizen and I have obtained my bachelor and master degree in Italy (Polytechnic university of Milan). I know that being a non EU citizen it is harder to find a job in Europe, but I was wondering if the fact of having a degree from an European country makes it somehow easier?
What other place would you recommend aside from Europe?

Welcome to the reality of an education away from your home country. Find a job somewhere that increases your chance to get a work permit. You're captive to the employer's discretion and integrity, not your own preferences.
