i have been accepted to a few schools so far, including the school that I currently attend, is it frowned upon at all to get your M.Arch from the same school? Or is it better to venture out somewhere else?

B) Its a masters
C) In the end its all the same, go with the cheaper debt

It's one of those things that is really just up to you.
If the school is good, then it's not really a big deal. Personally I think there is something nice about changing schools for a new perspective, as well as opening up your network a bit more. But it probably doesn't have that big of an impact in the end, and I don't think anyone will fault you if you stay.
