I just received an email from OMA Rotterdam, inviting me to an interview next week. Has anybody been through the process recently?
Is it possible to share details on the experience, the questions they asked?
In case you got the job, how many days did it take them to answer and let you know [after the interview]?
Thank you very much in advance!

what ever you do, don't accept an unpaid "position".

They don't offer unpaid positions, but if you relate the hours you'll put in to the compensation given...

They will generally ask you about how you produce your drawings and your ideas behind your project. If you got the interview from connections, chances are its a formality to check if the portfolio is yours.
