Can anyone tell me how walls that flow into ceilings or create archways like those in the link below are created? Would a wood structure be framed out and then plastered? How are those gradual curves formed?
Carrera - what sheathing system would you use over that framing? No gyp board is going to bend in two directions easily. Are you doing metal lathe and plaster over that?

Yes i understand that. But what's going on underneath? Wood framing with wire lath?
