Renewal is perhaps the word that best defines the intentions that led the work of reform of the Fecomércio-MT's place. When we analyze the institution's facilities, we found that we should transform it completely, since it had become obsolete and not consistent with the importance of the institution. Thus, our proposal was to implement a contemporary, sophisticated and objective interior architecture.

Work began in 2018, with the design of the new conference room. In 2019/20, we renewed the work environments, the presidency sector, reception and entry.

In the second stage, the pre-existing spaces were adapted to the new needs and functions that were presented, small and necessary interventions were carried out, fundamental for the satisfactory final result.

We concluded that the work carried out is essentially summarized in: contemporary architecture composed of fluid and integrated spaces, furnished by author's pieces, composed with pieces of consecrated design, and enriched by works of art from the permanent collection of Sesc-MT.
