About 

Hi! My name is Michelle Loyola. A soft introduction: I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I graduated with my Master's in Architecture at the University of Washington in 2022 and my Bachelor's in Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington. I have spent a few years working on various project types, including tenant improvements, large multifamily and assisted living developments, and custom single-family projects. 

Employment 

Urbal Architecture, PLLC, Seattle, WA, US, Design Professional

Developed a wide range of projects differing in scale, ranging from tenant improvements to single-family residences and large-scale independent and assisted living projects. Generated zoning and building code analyses feasibilities and developed assignments from schematic design through early construction. Worked with various city jurisdictions, community, and design reviews to ensure smooth and successful project execution. As well as providing marketing and rendering services and co-managing the firm’s social media platforms.

Formulated a program through Tableau that organized and visually displayed LRV efficiency within the department of Fleet Engineering. Discussed DART objectives, budget, regulations, etc. with DART Vice Presidents and Executives during workshops.
