About

Candidate for Master of Architecture at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State Univeristy School of Architecture + Design. I am currently working to complete my graduate thesis and will be graduating by the end of May 2017. As a self-driven and eager learner, I enjoy working with people who's interest spans across architecture and design.

Studying at Virginia Tech, I believe in finding the details within a project that define it's concept. Asking questions like, "What makes a wall?", "How does a building touch the ground?", and "How does a building frame the sky?" looks beyond program and function to understand why we design. My time at both the University of Pittsburgh and Virginia Tech has allowed me to advance in hand sketching, hand drafting, and model making, while my work experience has bettered my software skills.  I am seeking a full-time position in a creative environment that drives to continue learning about design.
