I started the project with financial problems of historic buildings. Urban design tried to keep a balance between commercial development and historic buildings preservation. This project added new space into the block and provided new possibilities for future development. Historical buildings below changed from residence to commerce, and the upper attic will provide new space, such as auditorium and exhibition.
