Blocks 14 and 17 are located in the third phase of a three phase development in the Hunters View Neighborhood in San Francisco. Block 14 will contain multi-family residences consisting of 3, 4, and 5 stories of wood frame construction over a one story concrete garage. Block 17 will contain multi-family residences consisting of 4 and 5 stories of wood frame construction at grade. Ground level program at both blocks will contain a mix of uses including a community center, library, offices, bike room, laundry, and residential units.
