This project for Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) included a refresh to their existing 2nd story office and a new Ground Floor expansion.
Branding elements were integrated into the existing space. A wood slat display system with moveable hanging accessories complements the existing reception desk while providing SAHA with the opportunity to hang signage, exhibit their housing portfolio, and showcase awards. Additionally, Hexagon-shaped panels in SAHA colors were applied to select meeting room and private office walls to create a cheerful design feature within each room and improve acoustics.
With continued growth, there was a need for additional workstations, private offices, and meeting rooms for the team. The current look and feel was extended into the new square footage with bold colored backsplashes and exposed structural elements. By replicating the same workstations and standardizing the private office furniture, the office came together in a cohesive manner.
