Responsible for taking sketches and turning them into CAD drawings of existing conditions, performing zoning studies of properties, creating design drawings based on client specifications that abide by governing building and zoning codes, making any adjustments clients might have, turning design drawings into usable construction drawings for submitting to building departments for approvals and contractors for construction for the project.

Worked on single and multi-family residential, office, warehouse, retail,and mix use projects in multiple zone types.

Aided in the communication between the head architect and clients, contractors, and building departments.
