Package Manager/Site Manager (Facade) working for Midmac/Aqvarius in MCJV (Midmac and CCC Joint Ventrue) on the construction site of SIDRA MEDICAL AND RESEARCH CENTER.

Main responsibilities:
1) Responsible to successfully manage their subcontractors to complete their portion of the work within the Milestone Completion Dates. Taking care of façade package (internal and external ) and everything that is related to that (cleaning, BMU, etc.) coordination on site, checking and verification of the documents, MS, MT.
2) Coordinate and integrate the parties affecting your packages (the subcontractors, related subcontractors, the site managers and ASTAD)
3) Responsible for the packages and especially to manage their procurement and installation/construction consistent with the requirements of the Design Documents and the Milestone Competition Schedule.
a) Based on the priorities agrees with the Delivery Director and the Sr. Site Construction Managers interface with the subcontractors, ASTAD, KEO to communicate, implement and enforce those priorities so as to assure timely completion of the project;
b )Monitor and either effectively resolve or timely elevate issues, differences and delays to those objectives/priorities;
4) Work proactively with the Sr. Site Construction Managers and the subcontractors to:
a) Establish the Construction, Safety and Logistic priorities necessary to support and expedite the work/progress in the field and completion dates;
b) Report all possible delays and provide solutions to resolved it;
c) Report to the project Delivery Director: -team progress, issues affecting progress, solutions to avoid delays; -immediate issues it the field that is affecting day to day operations, site logistics, materials, labour issues; -update tracker and CPM Programme
5) To assure quality execution and workmanship of the work. Cooperate with the Safety Manager to implement MCJV HSSE program and promote a culture of safety and environmental compliance.

Copenhagen Metro Teams is a joint venture of three Italian companies, Tecnimont Civil Construction, Salini Impregilo S.p.a. and Seli. The project is a construction of the new metro line in Copenhagen - Copenhagen Cityringen Metro. Total project value 3 billion Euro. Team member of Technical and Design Department working on the Copenhagen Metro Line called Citiringen. Michal was responsible for verifying and reviewing technical documentation ( design workshop drawings, MSS, MST and WP) and also overseeing and managing architectural finishes works on 17 sites (including the internal facade cladding systems and visible concrete cosmetic repairs). His task included BIM clash detection and cross-trade coordination. My responsibilities included communication between project departments such as Planning and Contracts Department but also represent the Company in front of the Client and their Partners.
