Over the course of 28 years I have consulted with a variety of perple, often with disparate agendas and in different cultural situation. This has allowed be to develop project management skills and "people" skills critical to the sucess of a project. These include: consensus building, conflict resolution, negotiation, building strategic alliances and making friends.
