I was hired through an online website called Fiverr to draft the plans for a renovation of a house by a lake in the US. The client wanted to rearrange the interior without having to effect the Facade of the house. It over looked a lake and sat on a hill which gave for a great excuse to create visual point from the living space and some of the rooms.
Project was complete and client was satisfied. I must point out I did not sign any permission for this to be built, I simply drafted the plans so they could be presented for approval.
