The building is a third place, which dedicated to photography and related media, and allowing people to explore the inspirations and interact with creativity. To gather the artists and people, the gallery is designed to providing facilities, such as public outdoor space, café, design shop, and temporary exhibition gallery for artists and designers to showcase their artworks.
