Matthew Gines is a Lecturer and the Director of the College of Architecture and Planning’s Fabrication Laboratory at the University of Colorado Denver.
Gines received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Southern Illinois University -
Carbondale and a Master of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
While at Southern Illinois University, Gines published in his first professional conference as a
Junior. At the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Matthew worked in the Digital Design
Center as a research assistant, he received an award for “Excellence in Digital Design” and
published his thesis, “Beyond Temporality - The Dis-assemblable System.”
