It has been redesigned to use its potential as an
old, decrepit hotel in Dikili, Izmir. The hotel, which
has 17 rooms, was changed and redesigned
with 39 rooms, such as family rooms, suites and
rooms, and rooms and toilets were arranged
in accordance with the design. Facilities such
as pool, spa, restaurant, lobby and garage have
been added to the hotel, which has 4 buildings.
Its façade was completed with natural stone
and anthracite colors to reflect the atmosphere
of İzmir. The useless, small windows were
redesigned to fit the façade. A pool was added to
the courtyard and a garden design was made. A
boutique hotel was designed to suit the quiet and
sweet streets of Dikili.
