The  Fasano Boa Vista Hotel is a boutique hotel with only 36 rooms, and it is located in Fazenda Boa Vista, a high end countryside condominium.

The bigger guest rooms has two floors and 135 SQM. With  spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and balconies.

The smaller rooms has 54 SQM in one single floor.

The linear building along the lake has in the center a volume housing the common use areas and the restaurants, and by each side a wing housing the guest rooms. All the services including the kitchens are on the underground.

The project management, construction execution and the acquisition and installation of the FF&E were under JHSF, the Hotel owner, responsibility.
