INFO:  A new commercial zone links the existing historic old town with touristic and rivers edge to the north.  New traffic planning and public transportation system. 

Adaptive reuse of previously overdeveloped retail centers, to reduce the scale of the unsuccessful development and integrate into the planned residential zones and natural landscape.
