Currently, I am transitioning from my receptionist position to an assistant art buyer I received this promotion because of the imagery and creativity I have included in interoffice memos.

I have had the opportunity to be more than just a receptionist at Organic, Inc. I have designed the office newsletter, participated in brain storming sessions for scriptwriting, assisted in a film shoot, and archived and managed purchased stock photography. Some up coming project I will be working on is creating and organizing a font library for the entire company.

Some other responisbities I have at Organic are office funature research and purchases, office supplies inventory and purchases, organiztion and maintain functional spaces of the office. I also have developed a training manual and guide for the Front Desk Receptionist position.

One thing I have accomplished at Organic is the contributibution to cost cuts for office suply purchases. I researched and organized bids from venders for eco-friendly office supplies. So far I have created proposal that will cut our expenditures for a majority of our office supply purchases by nearly 50%.
