Worked with Architect Claudio Rossi in an architectural proposal of a multi-functional building aimed to become a milestone in the downtown area on the city capital of Caracas, Venezuela. Adequately responding to the climatological conditions and urban variables, this project contributes to strengthen the spatial relations and connections among the surrounding edifications and public space in the city center promoting the re-development of brownfields in the area. This proposal holds a high volumetric, spatial, and functional value that will create a visual impact to pedestrians, therefore involving and promoting the use of this urban milestone.

The proposal reached the final top two projects among other 60+ projects presented that met the criteria.
