About 

I am a decisive, action-oriented and results focused professional offering 7 years of experience in the design and construction industry with last 3 years focused on LEED project management. I sit on the board of directors for the Long Island Chapter of USGBC, as well as volunteer in other ways in my community.

•Responsible to work with the entire project team including the Owner, Architects, Engineers, LEED Consultant, Commissioning Agent and Subcontractors to pursue and obtain project sustainability goals.
•Manage necessary LEED construction criteria for certification of building projects, including working with subcontractors on documentation requirements, perform on-site inspections, and complete various calculations and forms to track the success of a project.
•Develop and deliver progress reports, plans, presentations, and associated communications documents, to aid in effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
•Educate, motivate, and supervise in-house and on the field staff, to influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned LEED work.

•Responsibilities include creating floor plans, specification writing, management of samples and information requests, site surveys, client meetings, and creation of presentations.

Responsibilities include that of an administrator of a 500+ Membership database; daily contact with executive board members; attend all board meetings and other committee; help to coordinate other events, meetings, and programs provided by the organization.
