•I worked as an Intern Architect at Omran Architects in Egypt. for three months last summer. There, I was given the responsibility for completing professional site visits, producing detailed drawings and sketches, and maintaining relevant correspondence. Additionally, I assisted in the design of multiple commercial/residential properties, generated regular reports on the progress of the assigned projects, and presented results to supervisors.
•I worked as a customer service at IDP in Alexandria, Egypt. for one year in the high school year. At IDP, I had a consistent track record for meeting targets. During my time at IDP, I dealt with all initial customer communications by phone, mail, and face to face. My number one priority was always the client, and I worked to resolve any issues they might have.
•I volunteer to be an assistant teacher at Alexandria Language school in Alexandria, Egypt. for six months in my high school years. It was the best time for me because I felt I was a teacher and at the same time I am a student.
