Authored a library of parametrically driven assets for SketchUp to increase speed of modeling, consistency and accuracy between projects. Devised, implemented, and maintained a centralized plug in network, eliminating incompatibilities between multiple computers.

Created a 3d modeling standards system to ensure integrity and uniform models, allowing in-house and remote teams to work simultaneously and interchangeably.

Design and development of 2D/3D plans and elevations with respect to both design intent and consultant/client feedback and requirements, with minimal supervision.

Coordination with Civil engineers creating submittal packages to ensure designs meet specific LRV requirements, buildable envelope, and visibility studies in compliance with local municipal codes.
