Executed construction of 7 stores varying in size from 3K sq. ft. to 3.9K sq. ft., translating artist’s rendering of interior fixtures and display units to architectural working drawings, coordinating review process, and incorporating material into construction documents for A/E and fixture plans/specifications provided by mall management; monitored compliance with store criteria, issued change orders, controlled document flow, and approved millwork and storefront drawings.
