Rush Oak Brook Outpatient Center

ROBOC is a joint-venture between Rush University Medical Center, a leading academic medical center in the Chicago metropolitan market, and Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, a private academic physician group. Their collective goal is to provide convenient access to care without requiring patients to travel downtown, as well as to reduce the cost of care in an outpatient setting.

At 100,000 SF and three stories tall, the Rush Oak Brook Outpatient Center houses a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center, 65 patient exam rooms, physical and occupational therapy, a sports performance center, and medical laboratory and imaging—including MRI, X-ray and CT imaging with ultrasound and bone densitometry. In addition to housing orthopedic services, the building includes primary care and 20 different sub-specialties all aimed at making healthcare more collaborative and accessible. All of this happens within a contemporary facility that seamlessly merges the brand identities of the two organizations it houses–creating a shared identity fueled by world-class care.
