We were commissioned to take a block of Main street and redesign it to conform with all zoning and building codes while bringing something exciting to the streetscape. This project was designed using Revit and Sketchup, then the renderings were created in Lumion. The finished video and renderings were presented to the mayor of Rexburg, the city council, and the building commission. The city council liked the chamfered corner plaza and the classic yet modern look of the buildings, and requested more information on the project.
