I am passionate about designing a healthy environment where all people with the verity of economic backgrounds could be able to live, work, and enjoy it. Also, I would love to create a place with a high level of accessibility for the resident with different abilities and ages. My both professional projects to obtain my master degree in Architecture and Urban Design was the revitalization of a former historical city and corridor in the city core. Back time, I have experiences to design the residential and commercial buildings and landscape overseas. In the United States, I have been working for different private and non-profit organizations. I have served as a graduate research assistant at the University of Oklahoma for two years. And I am experienced working with health and environmental design communities. I became an American citizen in 2015.
Please allow me to highlight my skills:
1. My final project for my master’s in urban design was Red Fork Small Area Plan, a former historical city that its Main Street is a portion of Route 66, in West Tulsa, OK. During the process, I conducted extensive field research, created comparative case studies, and engaged with community leaders and residents. And through it all, I was developing a series of recommendations to improve the economic, transportation, environmental, and community health of the neighborhood. and My professional project for master’s in architecture was the preservation of multiple historical buildings, open spaces, a plaza, and green spaces, design optional transportation plan in the city core of the historical city of Shiraz.
2. As a previous experience in working for the architectural firms and also was working with property management in Tulsa, I have the experience to work in team environment and individually to prepare project drawings and documents with the high quality and presenting documents to the clients. I always manage the time and ensure to close the project on time and budget.
3. As a previous experience in working for several architectural firms and was serving as Graduate Research Assistant in University of Oklahoma, I gain experience to assist project managers in research and collecting documents and data, build the relationship with client and stakeholder to promote trusts, practice to state the problem and give recommendations to solve the issue in designing different types of park, complete streets, and revitalization of the city core and corridors.
4. I was educated to be flexible, adaptable. I conceive creatively and innovatively in my design.
5. I have strong skill in using the computer for preparing the documents such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft package. I am also familiar with Revit, InDesign, and GIS.
