This building is designed for members of the COMMUNITY. One important aspect of the community is Children. Books are one part of children’s education. Reading helps established a child’s connection to school and this connections can also be made to the home. A projection of the program can be seen on the exterior based on the connection. The exterior skin is a physical representation of that connection as well as the theme of the competition. Ultimately, this building is for the COMMUNITY.
