I am currently a fourth year Bachelor of Architecture student at Temple University. I am looking to gain more experience in the architectural profession though an internship. I believe that my leadership, organizational skills, and past experiences render me an ideal candidate for an internship.
As a registered black belt, my training has prepared me physically, but also mentally in dealing with demanding obstacles I encounter. The Temple Architecture program is a grueling one. Due to the strenuous mental preparation and training I have encountered, I know that I can manage every challenge with passion. I can provide numerous positive recommendations from my professors and mentors. They will tell you I enjoy the creativity, thoughtfulness, and the hard work and even the long hours that must be spent to bring a good idea into fruition for the rest of the world. Along with my work with AIAS, I have also taken upon the role of president at Temple Universities Freedom by Design. Here, I am able to demonstrate my passion for others through modest design and construction solutions that radically impacts the lives of low-income, elderly, and disabled individuals. I have organized various student events, marketed directly to clients, overseen the development and project management of 20 students, and drafted code-compliant construction documentation for the build. I am a driven student at who strives to become a well-rounded architect.
In addition to my prior experience and resume demonstrates my versatility and eagerness to take on any challenge presented to me. I am confident that my diligence, training, and passion will allow me to make a positive contribution to any firm.
