Bldg 322 conversion from commercial building space in east Fishkill, NY IBM campus to class 1 clean room R&D facility. Project had 9 phases of construction of which I was assigned by IBM on the last phase. Total budget was $900 M facilities and $500 in new equipment in a 123,000 sf facility The last phase was 40,000 sf photolithography facilities with a $72M budget. My portion of the budget was $22M architecturally. before the project was 75% complete, IBM stopped all activities and severanced the entire facilities staff. Completion of the project and whether it was ever commissioned is unknown.
