Oversaw all daily operations of the hotel. Created branding and graphic content for all digital and print materials to improve guest experiences. Hired, trained, and managed all staff.

Wrote project proposals and estimates from construction documents and shop drawings for high-end residential and commercial millwork. Coordinated with architects and subcontractors during all project phases. Hired, trained, and managed the proposal writing team.
