As a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results-driven professional, I showcase 18+ years of experience leading and completing diverse-scale projects, combined rapidly evolving expertise in Interior Design and Architecture for commercial and residential projects.

I am widely regarded for my propensity in leading interior design projects from conceptualization to completion, as well as managing relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors, directly cultivating productivity and culture for clients through visually appealing and robust interior design and delivery. As a Project Director in interior design and architecture, I collaborate closely with subcontractors and artists to skillfully create functional infrastructures that not only embody intricate design but also cater to each client's distinct needs and preferences. Before that, I functioned as a Creative Director and Project Manager for Barkli, ideating and creating high-end residential club houses, luxury/premium buildings, shopping centers, sports centers, and large-scale urban infrastructures projects while meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Self-Employed, Miami, INTERIOR DESIGNER/ARCHITECH & PROJECT MANAGER

Operates alongside Interior Designer and Project Manager to conceptualize, plan, and deliver residential and commercial interior designs. Owns engineering coordination and on-site staff delegation to accomplish workflows and materialize concepts accurately, cost-optimally, and within client expectations.
-Interior Design: Owns all aspects of spatial planning, lighting concepts, material and furnishing selections, as well as procurement of furniture, fabrics, equipment, and art object to create visually appealing spaces aligned with established spatial themes.
-Interior Architecture: Partners with SMEs to develop architectural plans, integrate building systems, and finalize construction drawings/specifications to deliver functional and safe interiors on new construction and renovation projects.
-Project Management: Defines project scopes and roadmaps, assembles and manages teams, refines designs, procures materials, implements designs and monitoring, evaluates project progress to deliver products within client requirements and expectations.
-Team Supervision: Coordinates with 3rd-party contractors to fulfill roadmaps and project specifications (design documentation, millwork detailing, and on-site construction workflows) while negotiating terms and resolving issues as needed.
-Vendor Liaison: Forms specifications, researches sources, and liaises with suppliers and vendors to effectively acquire materials and construction supplies, including furniture, fabrics, equipment, and material palettes.
-Budget Management: Establishes, plans and implements robust financial controls to manage allocations, reflect modifications, track expenditures, immediately resolve variances, and timely deliver supplier/vendor payments.
-Client Relationship Management: Manages client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, cultivating positive relationships and identifying new business opportunities to secure additional work and referrals.
-Building Systems & Codes: Applies familiarity of construction processes, building systems, and codes required to ensure compliance, meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.
