Positioned on a densely wooded lot, the client asked to upgrade the building plan to take advantage of the site’s excellent view. The result was a home that looks like it has not been changed in decades.
Lead roles included preparing drawings for special permitting, a 3-D rendering for town presentations, performing a code review, drawing construction drawings, coordinating structural and architectural drawings, and performing site visits after milestones.
Supporting roles consisted of programming and assisting the interior designer hired by the client.
