Located within the Village of Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The area of the building is 48,000 sq. ft consisting of 473 seats among seven auditoriums, a 200 seat restaurant, various tapas bistros, bar and lounges. Designed by MA+Design the building incorporates a reflective folding stainless steel skin providing a multi faceted view of the conventional context.
The skin provides various exterior covered areas of which the main entry porch appears to pierce the ground plane. The reflecting folded planes float above a continuous base of gleaming white and blue terrazzo which terminates at a water feature introducing the main entrance and plaza. The project is currently in construction document phase.
