Madeline is currently an interior designer at The Prestige Group in New York City, where she works on a variety of luxury residential projects from conception through construction. She is an alumna of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design. During her time in Columbus, her internships have given her varied design experience and a strong work ethic, along with her role as Student Leader for Ohio State’s campus center of IIDA. Her studies and experiences have instilled a passion for research-based, socially and environmentally conscious, quality design.

Worked on a team of designers, architects, and engineers to plan and oversee development and renovation of various hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Preparing design concepts and facilitated client presentations, managing change orders and requests from clients, assisting in production of project estimates, and carrying out all procurement processes with subs, suppliers, and designers. Worked on a variety of retail design projects from ideation into final design. I worked independently and as a team by visualizing schematic designs by hand and digitally, coordinating branding and marketing strategies to create holistic retail environments, researching user experiences (UX) for brands, and developing thorough design presentations and technical drawing packages for clients, in-house architects, and engineers. Daily responsibilities included building Sketchup models, AutoCAD and Revit documents, vision boards, schematic diagrams, sketches, and Photoshop renderings.

Coordinated material, furniture, and fixture procurement with consideration of budget, timeline, design direction, and environmental impact.
