SPIRETEC Competition Noida India 2010

The SPIRETEC Competition India 2010

Concept

The project idea comes from the competition requirements and needs study.
Due to the complexity of the project is very important to say that the concept for the development of the project is based on the unification of the program.
In this way it saves in the development of infrastructure services and unify the movements.
The project is generated from this unification, alternating between different green areas and recreational uses.
Part of the area of intervention is used to create a plaza.
This square has the function of unifying the other buildings around a green area, fulfilling the role of social exchange and green lung for the planned building.
The water body has the task of producing a focus on the building which is reflected in and you can create a micro-complement the green of the trees proposed.
The building consists of concrete structure and glass enclosure to control the incidence of horizontal and sun umbrellas by the use of the terraces as a means of intervention and link between the building and the environment.
The curvature that occurs when turning the faces of the building itself produces original idea that the shadows and views that are produced from the building are most appreciated.
The use of terraces and water mirror are the fundamental character of this concept, trying to generate the least visual impact possible and integration friendly and sincere.
