The concept of this project consists on creating experiences. We analyzed and studied the city, the community, its food and local traditions. We developed a concept based on traditional and regional food, putting special attention to detail, food design and branding together with reknown Chef Antonio de Livier. We have worked on the idea of creating a restaurant that will deliver experiences and serve a cuisine adding traditional local flavors and ingredients of Ciudad Guzman with a contemporary touch of international kitchen.
