Born in Colombia and raised in Brazil, I recently finished my Masters of Architecture at University of Illinois in Chicago while working full time as an architectural associate in Chicago. Within my academic work samples you will find my design skill-set is oriented towards speculative futures in which playfulness has a significant role in bridging the gap between architecture and landscape. This is what led me to specialize in Urban Design at the University of Michigan a few years ago. You will find I can operate at drastically different scales, from small scale interventions, to larger structures and urban landscapes.
I have nearly four years of professional experience working with a few softwares: revit, rhino, rendering software includes enscape and v-ray, and the adobe creative suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop). Though I have been using these for over 7 years in school. Additional to this, I was also a fabrication lab specialist during grad school focusing in 3D printing and model making. My professional work ranges from architectural associate for schematic design in hospitality projects to project manager in small scale airport retail and food&beverage.
