Brooklyn, NY, US

I have experience in construction administration and documentation of high-profile tech workplaces, working as a Project Architect at HLW International in NYC, a leading firm in innovative workplace design. I also have experience in larger institutional work with EHDD, a San Francisco firm renowned for their net-zero projects and numerous COTE Top Ten awards.

I have extensive construction documentation and administration skills, from submittal and shop drawing review, to site visits, team meetings, and trade coordination. I have experience on all phases of construction, taking projects from early design phases through construction administration, including punchlisting and project closeout. I currently serve as the Project Architect on several projects ranging up to 100,000 SF.

I am very proficient in Revit, Newforma, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, and have experience creating and drafting construction document sets and detail drawings. I am also highly involved in workplace culture, working as a staff advocate at EHDD, the office wellness group and technical group at HLW, as well as leading HLW's staff licensure group.

I am a licensed architect in New York State, pursuing further licensure in California.

Acted as client-facing architect's representative throughout the design, construction, and closeout process. I also managed construction administration for the project, including client walkthroughs, site coordination, submittals, RFIs, requisition approvals, and the closeout process.
2) Project Architect on media company's 100,000 sf tech + advertising workspace. Currently in SD, my role consists of technical and code analysis of the design as it develops, as well as assisting Project Manager in interviewing consultants
3) High-profile tech company's 10,000 sf cafe and dining area: I served as acting Project Architect, taking the project from DD through project closeout. I coordinated complex waterproofing, plumbing, and electrical details in the back-of-house space, in addition to designing custom millwork pieces and architectural details in the dining area. As acting PA I attended weekly meetings and walkthroughs with the contractor and client, responded to all submittals and RFIs, and led punchlist and project closeout.
4) High-profile tech company's 150,000 sf, $42 million workplace: I served as a job captain assisting the project architect in construction documentation sets, code review and filing sets, shop drawing and submittal review, site visits, client meetings, and punchlisting/closeout. The space included workplace, micro-kitchens, collaborative spaces, public assembly areas, and a large cafe/dining area.

EHDD, San Francisco, CA, US, Designer

EHDD is a Bay Area firm specializing in institutional and cultural projects, with a strong emphasis on net-zero design and sustainable practices. The firm is nationally recognized with the AIA Gold Medal, as well as several COTE Top Ten awards.

At EHDD I have spent most of my time working on a very complex 70,000 square-foot courthouse project. The work has been both challenging and educational, as I have been a part of every aspect of the project from schematic design through late CDs; from conceptual plan layouts through detailed security and AV/telecom consultant coordination. I have played a strong role as the designer and coordinator of the interior public spaces, with great focus placed on the courtrooms and lobby. From materials and patterning through casework design and construction detailing, I’ve been required to be adept in my approach, and the result is a burgeoning understanding of the whole architectural design process.
