This house was a result of the 2018 California wildfires.

This House has the same footprint as the one burned in the fires, outfitted with a thermoplastic membrane roof, fiber cement siding on top of another layer of fire-resistant exterior material and perimeter hardscape and the addition of a future ADU in the backyard.
