Main Responsibilities:
Mission: to bring 4-star hotel project to completion (Hotel Resort Valle dei Casali - Rome). Luca was responsible for the execution of the project in terms of the main contractual obligations (Project Management, Site Supervision, Technical Coordination).
The project is a 4 star Hotel & Resort with 306 bays, convention centre, spa and various amenities just commissioned and now entering in final FF & E phase. An agreement with Hilton Worldwide has been signed to operate the hotel. Soft opening was scheduled for December 2011. Budget approximately Euro 100 Million.
