The Borough High Street Hotel, designed by LTS Architects, is a sensitive and sustainable redevelopment of a historic site in Borough, which has an innovative approach to resonate with the past.

Development of the brief included a hotel with at least 100 rooms, two retail units, a gym and refurbishment of a listed building. The team developed strategies to achieve this, whilst also hitting targets aimed at reducing energy use and carbon emissions.

The project is notable not only for its contribution to the streetscape and conservation area, but for its significance to the redevelopment of the London Bridge area.
