The new Joeris General Contractors headquarters project consists of a new 40,000 square feet office space, an event courtyard and 160 parking spaces on a four-acre site.

LPA worked closely with Joeris to develop a space that accommodates current and projected needs as the company proceeds to expand and a statewide presence will strengthen their brand. Joeris wanted to articulate a separation between corporate functions of the company and the San Antonio operations and pre-construction services. They also wanted to provide private and open office workspaces for their 130-person staff, a flexible training room, multiple types of meeting spaces, a construction cost work room, BIM cave, staff cafe and fitness center with shower facilities.
