This was a gut renovation of a condo in a 1960's building overlooking the Charles River. Generally keeping the plumbing in the same vicinity but removing most of the walls in the public space to open views out/across the river. We incorporated a drop ceiling of custom composite panels to allow electrical wiring and lighting to be easily implemented throughout the spaces.
