• Responsible for producing drawing sets using Revit and AutoCAD for mixed use multi-unit housing projects in the Mid-Atlantic, from the entitlement / zoning phase through construction documentation / permit phase of a project.
• Responsible for unit, amenity, retail, and BOH coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and ID consultants.
• Modeled project sites and building exteriors in SketchUp, and produced sets of renderings using Enscape and Adobe Suite to be included in drawing sets presented to clients and community stakeholders.
• Assisted clients in reaching an ideal unit mix, and maintained project tabulations that fulfilled both zoning requirements and dialogue between zoning commissioners / neighborhood committees and clients.
• Produced series of diagrams to help illustrate the rationale of design, and demonstrate compliance with local jurisdiction guidelines / requirements.
