Senior Designer for a firm specializing in large multi-family projects. Projects include Type V and Type IIIA. Clients include Hines, Carmel, and Hanover.
R Street West – Part of a team of designers for 3 building 633 unit complex along R Street in Sacramento, CA. The project is part of revitalization of the Capitol Area of Sacramento.
1st Paseo San Jose – Designed 25 Story 435 Unit Story in downtown San Jose. The project responds to the historical context while maintaining a modern design. The façade design responds to the solar orientation economically.
Harris ranch – created the masterplan and design for a a 240 unit 8 acre project in Boise Idaho. The project orients views towards the expansive valley views.
Bay Meadows - Managed the entitlement of a 164 unit senior housing project adjacent to the Green Line in Los Angeles

411 S. Normandie Lofts – Designed 7 story 224 unit Type III luxury apartment complex in Koreatown. The modern design took cues from an adjacent historic church and features 8,000 SF of amenities.
17 West Lofts – Oversaw the design and production through construction of 137 Unit Luxury townhome and single family residences in Costa Mesa
State Street Townhomes - Designed and created the entitlement package for 47 residential townhomes in Carlsbad.
Wilmington Avenue TOD - Managed the entitlement of a 130 unit senior housing project adjacent to the Green Line in Los Angeles.
Huntington Beach Main Street - Designed a 20 unit condominium project along the main pedestrian promenade of Huntington Beach.
Hoover Street Small Lots - Designed and Entitled an 8 unit small lot project in the MacArthur Park area of Los Angeles.

Dalian Golden Beach - Designed the schematic design for a clubhouse and hotel. The program consists of banquet rooms, restaurants, hotel rooms, retail, and spa facilities.

Richard N. Slawson Southeast Occupational Center - Lead the design of a 30 million dollar for a highly specialized vocation school in Bell, California. The project meets the thorough programmatic requirements, while being sustainably responsive. The school was awarded a state wide C.A.S.H. honor award.
Garfield Auditorium - Designed a 25 million dollar auditorium for Garfield High, in East Los Angeles. The exterior of the auditorium precisely designed to filter sunlight into the interiors, while provided optimal acoustical performance.

The Horizon at Playa Vista - Directed the design team for the Horizon at Playa Vista, a 250 Million dollar office complex in West Los Angeles. The projects consists of 7 class-A office buildings arranged into 3 separate campuses.
The Lido Tower and Renovation - Managed the design team for the Lido Tower condominium and historic renovation project. The 85 million dollar project consists of a 24 story residential tower and the renovation of a historic apartment building.
Verdugo Gardens - Aided in the design development for a 22 story residential tower in Glendale, California. The project is conceived as a series of offset rectangular massing punctuated with elevated outdoor gardens.
Hillcrest Country Club - Designed a 90 million dollar clubhouse for one of the most premier country clubs in Los Angeles. The clubhouse consists of numerous dining rooms, a state of art kitchen, high-end locker rooms, and a separate banqueting facility.
