The venue is a complex that integrates Beicheng Planning Exhibition Hall, Museum, Library, Cultural Center, National Fitness Center, and News Communication Center. The total construction area is 37,941 square meters, and the main body of the stadium adopts a reinforced concrete frame structure.

LOPO terracotta panels were applied in this project to be integrated with rainscreen system to provide good thermal insulation and energy saving effects for buildings.
