Designed by Ray Kappe, FAIA, this first LivingHome was the first home in the nation to be certified LEED Platinum.  It was also the only resident to win the AIA COTE Aware in 2008 and has won over a dozen other industry awards.  The eleven module LivingHome was assemble in eight hours.
